Can I Cancel My Order?


YES IF; - You've just placed an order but want to cancel it, please let us know as soon as possible via > CONTACT US so that we can cancel your order and refund your money back before the item is dispatched. NO IF; - The product is already dispatched. - The product is used. Due to the Covid-19 risk, we do not accept returns on used products [Until further notice].

MISSING OR STOLEN ITEM: - All our products are thoroughly checked before it's dispatched. If you find your item to be missing upon opening or there's discrepancies on your packaging please make sure to take a photo and contact us as soon as possible via CONTACT US ( Important: When filling in the form please make sure to include the following; Full Name, Order Number, Product Information & your message) DAMAGED ITEM: - All our products are thoroughly checked before it's dispatched. Where Is My Parcel?


All our customers orders that comes though during our opening hours are dispatched on time from our side. Opening Hours (UK TIME): MONDAY: 9AM - 4PM TUESDAY: 9AM - 4PM WEDNESDAY: 9AM - 4PM THURSDAY: 9AM - 4PM FRIDAY: 9AM - 4PM SATURDAY: All Saturday Orders are dispatched on Monday morning. SUNDAY: All Sunday Orders are dispatched on Monday morning. POLICY It's your responsibility to provide us with accurate details of the recipient and delivery address. There will be no refund for providing incorrect address details. Unfortunately, you will have to pay again if you want us to re-send the item. If you've provided us with correct information but still haven't received the item then please give it a couple more days as there could be delays due to the pandemic.
